Today I can write about whatever my little heart desires.
So, let's talk about being an aquarius, shall we? haha. I am an aquarius! I received an email from someone once that had each sign and certain traits that the people of each sign have. I think it's pretty interesting. :)

So, I was checking out an astrology website and I took out the parts that remind me a lot of myself.
possess strong and attractive personalities, fall into two principle types: one shy, sensitive, gentle and patient (I'd say I have a pretty strong personality and I'm definitely shy and very sensitive)
strong willed and forceful in their different ways and have strong convictions, though as they seek truth above all things
can see the validity of the argument, even if they do not accept it themselves
they obey the Quaker exhortation to "Be open to truth, from whatever source it comes," and are prepared to learn from everyone
both types are humane, frank, serious minded, genial, refined, sometimes ethereal, and idealistic, though this last quality is tempered with a sensible practicality
are quick, active and persevering without being self-assertive, and express themselves with reason, moderation and sometimes, a dry humor (dry humor? who me?)
nearly always intelligent, concise, clear and logical. many are strongly imaginative and psychically intuitive
both types need to retire from the world at times and to become temporary loners (yep, sounds a lot like me!)
in company they are fiercely independent, refusing to follow the crowd (gurrrl, you know I'm no follower!! :) I'm my own person, yo!)
dislike interference by others, however helpfully intended, and will accept it only on their own terms
normally have good taste in drama, music and art (Uhhh, I like to think so, anyways!)
neither type makes friends easily; sometimes appear to condescend to others and take too little trouble to cultivate the acquaintance of people who do not particularly appeal to them (I guess that's a bad trait, but I can totally see myself there. It takes a lot to get to know me and if I get a certain feeling about you, it takes a lot to change that feeling.)
do not give themselves easily - perhaps their judgment of human nature is too good for that - and are sometimes accounted cold. (I've been told a time or two that I'm cold. haha. I'm really NOT! i swear!)
once they decide that someone is worthy of their friendship or love, they can exert an almost hypnotic and irresistible mental attraction on them and will themselves become tenacious friends or lovers, ready to sacrifice everything for their partners and be faithful to them for life (that's definitely true with me. i guess i make people prove themselves before letting them. But once they're in...they're in, yo! man, aquarians are bitches. don't judge, I can't help what sign I am. :))
sometimes disappointed emotionally because their own high personal ideals cause them to demand more of others than is reasonable (that's definitely true. I always seem to expect too much from people. :/)
if they are deceived their anger is terrible
if disillusioned, they do not forgive. (I've been working on the forgiving part. I'd say I can forgive....can I forget? no. never.)
among the faults to which they are liable are fanatical eccentricity, wayward egotism, excessive detachment and an inclination to retreat from life and society, and a tendency to be extremely dogmatic in their opinions (like I've said before, I go through times when I want to be left alone, no contact with anyone. just be left alone with my thoughts.)
may express a lack of integrity in broken promises, secretiveness or cunning (I'm definitely secretive. my mom used to get so mad at me for being so secretive and not talking to her about things. i keep a lot of stuff to myself.)
simmering anger and resentment, rudeness or, worse, a tense, threatening silence which may suddenly burst out in eruptions of extreme temper, these are all part of the negative side of the Aquarian. This can also reveal itself in a sustained hatred for enemies that is capable of enlarging itself into a misanthropy toward the whole of mankind.
Interesting. Very interesting. :)
Or maybe it is....just to me.
